In case of bookings made online through our website, and in case of a card payment, we require a full 16-digit Debit/ Credit card number, name on the card, card type, three-digit security code and the expiry date. Your Debit/ Credit card details are only used to secure your booking. The payment will be debited if the reservation is not cancelled. On occasions we may commission crews to film or take photographs at our properties for promotional purposes. If you do not wish be photographed or filmed, you are required to voluntarily leave the filming or photography area.
We may process your personal data so obtained through social media platforms or online reviews concerning our ‘El Paso’ hospitality brands for the purpose of addressing your queries and complaints, monitoring our online reputation, identifying opportunities on which we can focus and improving our services.
