Booking, Refund & Pricing Policy

The prices given do not include breakfast. Please pay at property for the same.
To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we may temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival. This standard procedure is purely a check and the amount will be returned back to you.
Full payment for the room/ bunk shall be mandatory at the hostel during check-in. Any additional charges accumulated must be paid during check-out
Extension of the stay shall be provided at current room rates and availability. Current room rates may differ from the rates at which the rooms were originally booked
Refunds will be processed to the account from which payment is made and can take up to 7 working days.

15% advance pre-payment at the time of booking will be debited from your card at anytime
Free room cancellation up to 7 days before check in
50% of stay amount will be retained as cancellation charges if cancelled up to 72 hours before check in
100% of stay amount will be retained as cancellation charges if cancelled within 72 hours of check in
100% of stay amount will be retained if it is a case of ‘No Show’

Non Refundable Rate

100% of stay amount will be charged once booking is made
Cancellations and modifications will be entertained only up to 4 hours after the booking is made
